Our Experience

Continental Valuations was founded in 1988 as a real estate appraisal firm providing valuation services primarily for banks and other lending institutions. Our offices were originally located in Downtown Toledo, and later moved to a Downtown Perrysburg location which once served as the offices of the Perrysburg Police and Fire Departments, Perrysburg, and a private law firm.

Continental Valuations has evolved into a company which, in addition to real estate appraisal services, focuses on litigation and the appraisal of large projects both for the lending industry and for the specialized use of clients such as developers who are positioning properties for future development or packaging for a bulk sale.

The staff of Continental Valuations consists of several State Certified Appraisers, most of whom have been with the company for over twelve years.

Our founder and President, Mr. Robert Domini, holds the MAI Designation of the Appraisal Institute which is the highest accreditation available in the real estate appraisal industry. He is the former president of the Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute , and the Chapter Services Chairman of Region V of the Appraisal Institute.   He is currently serving as the Valuation Chairman of the Ohio Chapter of the International Right of Way Association.  He has appeared as guest speaker before numerous organizations including the International Right of Way Association, of which he is a member.

Pamela Casper, the company Vice President and manager of both the Commercial and Right-of-Way Divisions, is an ODOT-certified appraiser and review appraiser. Pam is the former Education Chairperson of the Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
